Regina Morales serves as the CEO and manages the administrative/planning for GSA. She has 25 years’ experience in the economic / community development business through her previous roles. She has assisted communities and developers in the planning and implementation of projects that create jobs, sustainable economic vitality and quality community environments. Her experience in developing public private partnerships enabled communities and developers to achieve cost effective enhanced projects that build better communities. These public private partnership projects resulted in $150 million investments in building better communities and parks. Some of her more notable projects included Constellation Field, Houston Museum of Natural Science, Smart Financial Centre and the Joint CIP Parks Program at City of Sugar Land. She was responsible for overseeing the implementation, planning, design and budgeting of each project.
She previously served on the Board of Directors to Scenic Houston and cochaired the creation of the statewide “Scenic City” beautification program in Texas aimed at encouraging cities to enhance their beautification efforts and through an application and ranking process. Additionally, she has been involved with TNLA, TEDC, NAIOP, NAR, IEDC, CREW, and CCIM (CCIM Designee).
Justin Morales has been with GreenScape Associates since 2005 and has been instrumental in the growth and technology advances for the Company. Justin serves in the COO role and manages the operations in addition to overseeing the Design Division of the Company. His previous experience in website design and project management prepared him for his responsibilities in expanding our Design Division as both the lead designer for design build projects and subcontractor to major architecture firms such as PBK, Stantec, RVA and others. Additionally, Justin has a Texas Irrigation License, is a Certified Texas Master Gardener and trained through TCEQ Complete Hydraulics.
Since 2019, Rachel has been on GreenScape Associates Design team, as a Landscape/Park Designer/Assistant Project Manager. She brings 14 years of experience in working for developers, MUD’s, HOA’s, and private clients on a multitude of projects, including but not limited to recreation facilities, parks/playgrounds and other open spaces, subdivision planning, parking lot layouts, and trail systems design. She received her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Minor in Land Planning from Texas A&M University, College, Station TX.
Brett has been with GreenScape Associates since 2004 as the Landscape Architect. He was a Cum Laude graduate in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University and interned at Clark Condon Associates. He has creatively designed commercial, residential, parkways, trails and parks for GSA for over 18 years. His projects are reflected throughout this document and he prepares construction documents, cost estimates, schematic design and rendered presentation drawings.
Lindsay Marsters serves as Project Manager for GreenScape Associates and brings more than 25 years of experience in construction, project management, operations and business administration. Throughout her career, Lindsay has worked closely with company leadership, clients, developers, contractors, vendors and field teams to successfully coordinate complex construction projects.
Her experience includes project management and project controls, contract and document management, budgeting and cost tracking, vendor and subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and financial administration. This broad background allows Lindsay to understand both the operational and administrative sides of a project and to anticipate the details necessary to keep projects organized and moving forward.
At GreenScape Associates, Lindsay plays a key role in coordinating commercial landscape projects for new residential developments, schools, apartments and other commercial properties. She works closely with clients, developers, field personnel and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle, helping ensure that schedules, budgets, documentation and communication remain on track.
Lindsay is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability and commitment to follow-through. She takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and project partners and in helping GreenScape Associates deliver quality projects that enhance the communities in which they are built.
Tony serves as Project Administrator for GreenScape Associates, bringing nearly two decades of experience in operations, client relations, and project support. He works closely with clients, vendors, and internal project teams to develop accurate, comprehensive proposals tailored to the unique goals and requirements of each project.
Prior to joining GreenScape Associates, Tony spent 18 years in the midstream oil and gas industry. He began his career offshore as a QA/QC Inspector on pipe-lay barge projects throughout the United States, Europe, and Africa. He later transitioned into the Oil & Gas Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sector, where he held leadership positions as Support Team Manager and Customer Success Manager. In these roles, he specialized in client onboarding, customer retention strategies, Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement, and fostering long-term client partnerships.
Tony attended both The Art Institute of Houston and the University of Houston-Downtown. His diverse professional background has equipped him with strong expertise in project coordination, cost analysis, process improvement, and client relationship management. Known for his collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Tony is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from initial proposal through project completion.
